Needed a part they put on one with a similar name but wrong one. I explained it to them and showed them on the internet. They said I needed this one anyway and they start with the cheaper one to save money. Yeah, right. How about doing the right one or at least TELLING me so *I* can decide how much I can afford. It was a cover for their mistake and didnt want to put the other part on because it would cost HIM money. Then the one they did change leaked oil all over my driveway. Another shop fixed the leak because we were in Detroit and said the gasket they used was too small and couldn't believe they didn't see it. Took it back because the original problem wasn't fixed. They kept saying I needed oil changes to clean it out. No apology for the leak and wanted it in writing by the other mechanic and he wanted to talk to him. I kept telling him they put on the wrong part. 5 oil changes and it wasn't working. Asked for a refund and he told me no and he has already "given me 5 free oil changes and he will do one more then he is done." He implied I went back there once a week to get free oil changes because I think the inconvenience is worth it, I guess. I told him he gave me oil changes because putting on the WRONG part didn't work and HE is the one that said they needed to flush my system that *I* paid for. So 550 dollars and REALLY clean oil later my car STILL isn't fixed and he refused to give me a refund not even for the leak the other shop fixed. I'm sure he fixes cars but if you get a tough one you're just out of luck. He was rude and not willing to make it right. Do NOT go there. A lot more bad stuff happened but that's the gist of it. Auto Solution was no solution for me.
I highly recommend Auto Solutions! They did the body work on my car after hitting a deer . The work was amazing and done in such a timely manner. They completely handled the entire situation and all the stress was lifted off my shoulders. The staff was friendly and kept me in the loop of what was going on. My car was clean and smelling brand new when I picked it up! The loaner car was in great shape and dependable. Auto Solutions is the way to go for all your Auto needs!!!!

Was rear ended right before Christmas in 2015 and Joe made sure I had my vehicle back before Christmas so I wasn't inconvenienced. There was also great communication from them as to a time line and the necessary repairs. They also did an AMAZING detail job on it. I still recommend them to everyone I know!!
