Filed our taxes in Feb and within 3 weeks received a letter from the IRS stating their was an error in our return. Went back to Tax Pro, they fixed the 1600 dollar mistake and I was told i would receive a call from the owner the following Monday, never received that call from the owner, and another drawback from the mistake that Tax Pro made is that we were planning on using our return in mid March, but we won't even receive our return until the end of May. By the way, the mistake was as simple as forgetting to put a check mark in one box. Thanks Tax Pro.
